เมื่อวันที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2024 ณ เมลเบิร์น ออสเตรเลีย ฟอร์ด เรนเจอร์ Super Duty จะมอบประสบการณ์ในอีกระดับ เพื่อรองรับลูกค้าที่ต้องการความทนทานสูง เมื่อเปิดตัวในปี 2026
Ford Ranger Super Duty เกิดจากการร่วมมือกันโดยตรงกับกลุ่มลูกค้าฟรีท เป็นรถกระบะขนาดกลางที่สามารถทำสิ่งต่างๆ ได้มากมายกว่ากระบะไซส์เดียวกัน
ทางวิศกรรมและการออกแบบ สร้างรถคันนี้เพื่อรองรับมวลรวมของรถ น้ำหนักรวมสูงสุดที่รถสามารถรับได้ (GVM) รวมถึงน้ำหนักรวมการลากจูง (GCM) และความสามารถในการขับขี่ Off-Road ที่สูงขึ้น เป็นการตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ที่จำเป็นต้องใช้งาน เช่น ผู้ปฏิบัติงานบริการฉุกเฉิน, เกษตรกร, บริษัทสาธารณูปโภค, คนงานป่าไม้, คนงานเหมือง, ช่างเทคนิคโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และอีกมากมาย

กระบะฟอร์ดรุ่นใหม่นี้ได้รับการพัฒนาโดยทีม Ford’s IMG Product Development team ซึ่งนำทีมโดยกลุ่มนักออกแบบ วิศวกร และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในออสเตรเลียกว่า 1,500 คน และจะถูกผลิตในประเทศไทย เพื่อจำหน่ายในตลาดทั่วโลก

Gross Vehicle Mass is the maximum allowable weight of a vehicle including any load transported by the vehicle, including tow ball down weight of a trailer but excluding the weight of a trailer itself. GCM is the maximum allowable weight of the vehicle and its trailer. Subject to state and territory regulations. Stated vehicle weights are approximate and subject to individual variances. Vehicles should be weighed before and after adding any load to ensure the maximum GVM, GCM and Gross Axle Weight Ratings (to be released closer to on-sale date) are not exceeded.
