Ford Motor Company unveiled the Ford Ranger Super Duty in Melbourne, Australia, on April 4, 2025. This marks the first time the Super Duty badge has been applied to a non-F-Series truck. The Ford Ranger Super Duty is engineered for impressive capabilities, including a 4,500 kg towing capacity, a 4,500 kg Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM), and an 8,000 kg Gross Combination Mass (GCM), making it the toughest Ranger ever engineered by Ford.
During the event, Kay Hart also officially announced Ford Global Fleet Sales (FGFS) as the official global distributor of the Ranger Super Duty to markets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America, as well as to fleet customers worldwide.
